The Le Cordon Bleu GRAND DIPLÔME® is earned when students successfully completes the Basic, Intermediate and Superior courses in both Cuisine and Pastry. In addition, the student will earn a Cuisine Diploma and a Pastry Diploma.
The Le Cordon Bleu GRAND DIPLÔME® program will provide students with cuisine and pastry techniques required of today's top culinary professionals. The focus on mastering technical skills will give students the confidence and knowledge to apply what they have learnt to any style of cuisine.
