With an Associate of Science degree, students will be prepared to transfer to a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) program at the university of their choice.

Seattle Central College’s Web Design certificate program and associate degree will provide students with specialized web typography and graphic design skills necessary to compete in today’s web industry. They will learn the theory of web design and user experience, writing for the web, navigational elements as well as work on advanced projects for learning how to produce websites. Web designers apply their creativity and knowledge of user interface best practices to design the “look and feel” and navigation structure of websites. Web Design program prepares graduates for careers such as: • Web Builder • Front End Designer • User Interface Designer • Web Designer • Web Producer

Expert instructors will teach students the theory of web design, web content development and elements of web navigation. They will bring it all together by working on advanced web projects and producing websites.

Applicants may choose to transfer their degree internally or through other external institutions.
