This two-year Associate of Science - Transfer Degree - Mathematics pathway is designed for students who wish to complete an Associate of Science - Track 2 degree with a concentration in Mathematics. Students in this program will learn how to use mathematical concepts to break down complicated problems into manageable pieces. They will use creative, exploratory, and lateral thinking in problem-solving as well as strong reasoning and analytical-thinking skills through math courses ranging from basic arithmetic to differential equations.

Completion of this program opens doors to a variety of careers in sectors such as research, finance, accounting, academia and more. It also allows students to transfer at the junior level into a Mathematics program at a four-year college or university, or to a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) at one of the Seattle Colleges.
