2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year - Business, Management and Law - Transfer to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business Management with Finance

Program Description This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Huddersfield followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Huddersfield. In your international foundation year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

The International Foundation Year in Business, Management and Law will provide you with the skills and tools necessary to succeed in career fields such as finance, accounting, marketing and law. During your time in the Foundation Year, you will study core subjects, as well as optional subjects intentionally designed for your chosen field of study. All of these skills will be key for future academic success at the University of Huddersfield.

Money often defines business success. Or in other words, profit, cash flow and investment. If you can understand how money talks, and the possibilities related to finance, you will have the knowledge and skills to help businesses gain a lead over their competitors.

This course lets you develop specialist skills to be a manager and also to develop an understanding of the finance behind a business. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your ability to motivate and inspire a team of people to work towards a common goal.
