The Pre-Veterinary Medicine Program at Murray State University has the ability to fulfill the prerequisite requirements for all thirty-two veterinary schools across the nation. Kentucky has established agreements with Auburn University for thirty-eight students and Tuskegee University for four students. These spots are reserved for legal Kentucky residents based on a competitive selection process.
Murray State University’s Pre-Veterinary Medicine program is a four-year undergraduate program that focuses on educating students in the care of various animals including dogs, cats, laboratory animals, horses, beef, sheep, swine, and exotics.
