Bachelor of Science - Management - Small Business/Entrepreneurship

The Bachelor of Science in Management with Small Business/Entrepreneurship prepares students to succeed in environments that require initiative, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. They will develop their analytical and leadership skills and gain knowledge in how to supervise others, develop and implement strategies, and advance organizational goals.

The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's Management degree offers two concentrations that enable learners to refine their management skills in their area of interest: • Small Business and Entrepreneurship • Leadership

Students will focus on how to identify, plan, and start a new venture—either as a start-up or an as an initiative within an existing business. They will complete core courses in Management, and elective courses that cover topics such as the identification of new products and services and the development of comprehensive business plans.
