What you will study

The student will gain a versatile skill set crucial to business success through the study of human resource management (HRM). A well-rounded understanding of organizational operations, organizational behavior, and cross-cultural working will be acquired. The individual will also develop a foundation of HR knowledge, including employee recruitment, leadership, employee relations, and organizational change.

The Business Management with HRM degree program aims to equip individuals with the skills necessary to succeed in various sectors. Should the individual wish to change specialisms, they have the flexibility to do so after the first year of study. Specializations in economics, entrepreneurship, finance, law, or marketing are available, or the individual may choose to switch to the general Business Management degree program. Additionally, the individual will have the opportunity to gain industry experience and earn money through an optional placement year.
