What you will study

The Management (Human Resources) MSc program offers students the opportunity to study HR from a managerial perspective and focus on specialized studies in talent management, reward systems, and performance evaluation. Throughout the program, students will engage in case studies and real-world client projects. Additionally, students have the option to participate in paid work experience to apply academic knowledge and business strategies in preparation for future management roles. Full-time students can also choose to incorporate work experience into their master’s degree through a year-long paid placement in industry.

Initially, students will complete core modules common to other management courses. By the end of the second term, students can choose to specialize in one of three areas or continue on a more general path towards the Management MSc qualification. The other specializations available include:

Management (Entrepreneurship) MSc

International Management MSc

This course, accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), guides students towards Chartered Manager status, the highest level attainable in the management profession.
