During your time at the University of Huddersfield, you will study core subjects as well as optional subjects as media campaigns intentionally crafted for your chosen field of study. All of these skills will be key for future academic success at the University of Huddersfield.
As an art form, film has the power to entertain, upset, inspire, shock, and educate. This course invites you to learn how film, television and other screen entertainment shape (and are shaped by) the world we live in, and equips you with the tools you need to work in exciting, creative, demanding jobs.
The course places a particular emphasis on contemporary film and television – an increasingly global industry in which content creators are constantly adapting to rapid technological, economic and cultural change.
