What you will study

Business related degrees open a gateway into the exciting and fast-paced world of multinational enterprises, global business, and finance. Students will gain a solid grounding in the major areas of international business to pursue a rewarding career in an increasingly changing and globalised economy. In this foundation year, students will take courses in economics, numerical techniques, business studies, research skills, and more. This program is designed to allow students to reach their full potential, and progress into accounting, business, management, or marketing related degrees at Keele University. This program in Media and Sociology allows students to develop an innovative and imaginative approach towards their creative learning and build key skills in problem solving and critical analysis. Students will explore the evolution and influence of media in society and experiment with various media forms in their theoretical and practical studies. Students will also tackle a range of important social issues through research and reflection as well as build awareness of the core concepts of sociology. Students also have the opportunity to do an optional work placement year, or international study abroad year.
