Liverpool Hope University's Information Technology degree prepares students to meet the needs of a wide range of organizations, emphasizing the development of a variety of technologies, especially web and mobile technologies that are increasingly becoming a part of people's everyday lives. During their studies, they will have opportunities to develop computational thinking and a systems approach to formulating, analyzing and solving complex problems. Studying Sport and Exercise is a gateway to understanding how to maximize sports performance, how people learn skills and the importance of regular exercise to health and longevity. Students will study from a multidisciplinary perspective, focusing on psychology, physiology, biomechanics, performance analysis, nutrition and strength & conditioning. By the end of their studies they will confidently and independently develop training programs and interventions that will promote peak performance, the learning of new skills and reduce the burden of disease.
