Overview
The Language Education for Academic Purposes program offers high quality English language instruction, developing the language skills necessary for success in academic settings. With four levels, the delivery model allows students to meet with Mount Royal's expert instructors in different classes throughout the week. This supports a smooth transition from language classes to credit studies in undergraduate programs.
Language Education for Academic Purposes is for low Intermediate to advanced level English language learners. The recommended minimum language level for student success is CLB 4 or an IELTS score of 3.5.
Students can complete this 15-month program in four 13-week terms starting in either fall, winter or spring.
The tuition calculated for this program is based on three terms of study. Tuition will vary depending on the number of terms the student takes.
Tuition: $3,800 per term • 1 term = $3,800
• 2 terms = $7,600 • 3 terms = $11,400 • 4 terms = $15,200
