What you will study

With the global population predicted to hit nine billion people by 2050, we need to find ways to make better use of the resources we have to grow and produce nutritious, healthy foods.

We'll teach them the science behind the food we eat. They'll learn how to create sustainable, nutritious, safe food. This applied science degree can lead to jobs in research, engineering, operations and management.

What they'll study Our course builds their knowledge in food, nutrition and physiology to explain the connection between diet and health. They will:
