Master of Science - International Business Management and Human Resource Management (Applied)

MSc International Business Management and Human Resource Management (Applied) develops students’ understanding of the complex and evolving context of human resource management, emphasising the importance of organisational culture, resilience, and sustainability in turbulent international business environments. The programme builds awareness of contemporary HRM issues, preparing students to become forward-thinking practitioners with up-to-date knowledge of developments in human resources. The applied element enables students to develop practice-based solutions to real-world problems. Students take on a consultancy role through projects or internships, identifying opportunities and generating ideas before presenting strategic solutions to clients. Through this process, they enhance their personal and professional knowledge, skills, and behaviours, supported by reflective practice.
