What you will study

The Human Resource Management course, which is CIPD approved, covers all the areas of people management in organisations, including employee recruitment & selection, employee learning & development, employee reward, and performance management.

Students will develop a breadth of knowledge in a range of subjects that impact directly on all areas of business performance and competitiveness. They will also gain an understanding of leadership and how the behaviours of individuals and teams contribute to the success of organisations.

On the course, students will cover many different aspects of human resource management so that on completion they are prepared to enter a range of professional and business roles, such as HR generalist, HR manager, HR advisor, learning and development specialist, HR business partner, recruitment consultant and HR outsourcing consultant.
