Master of Science - Construction Project Management (Professional Placement)

The MSc Construction Project Management is designed to prepare graduates for managing complex projects within a rapidly evolving and globalised construction industry. The programme addresses the need for skilled professionals capable of responding to industry challenges and delivering effective project outcomes.

Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the course provides a comprehensive grounding in the principles of construction project management. It equips students with the knowledge and practical skills required to organise, manage, and deliver construction projects successfully. The programme is suitable for graduates from disciplines including surveying, construction, architecture, civil engineering, and real estate, as well as experienced practitioners without a first degree, subject to an entrance assessment and interview.
