Master of Philosophy (MPhil) - Earth Sciences

The Earth Sciences postgraduate research programme offers students the opportunity to undertake independent, full-time research under the guidance of experienced academic supervisors. The programme is supported by a vibrant and well-funded research environment within the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, enabling students to work alongside leading experts and engage with advanced scientific questions across the discipline. In addition, a dedicated coastal research vessel enables field-based investigation of marine and environmental processes, enhancing both research and practical training opportunities.
