Overview

Quality and Patient Safety Improvement program develops expertise in patient safety, human factors, and quality improvement and how it applies to practice.

Benefit from a practical element, with a mix of classroom-based teaching and online resources created by an award-winning e-learning group.

The programme is designed by an interdisciplinary collaboration involving leading academics in health science, business, and human factors, with input from collaborative partners such as NHS partners, the Centre for Health Innovation Leadership and Learning, the Human Factors Research Group (HFRG), and the Trent Simulation and Clinical Skills Centre (Information and Insight Service).

Course content is delivered by nationally-recognised experts in patient safety, improvement science, and human factors. The Advisory Board includes national and international experts who highlight emerging developments in these fields.
