Overview
Environmental Assessment and Management course provides individuals with a comprehensive understanding of methods for assessing and managing the environmental impacts of policies, plans, programs, projects, and organizations. Participants will also receive an overview of the legal and institutional frameworks in the UK, Europe, and the international community.
Taught by a course team actively engaged in research and consultancy, participants will explore and evaluate environmental sustainability and the practical application of environmental assessment and management at both local and policy levels. They will learn to identify and analyze current and future problems and apply processes to real-world situations.
Industry specialists, including auditors and environmental law practitioners, contribute to the course by sharing their professional experience with participants.
