Overview
English for Academic Purposes (EAP) courses will prepare students who want to achieve academic success in English-speaking universities. Courses cover a variety of relevant and interesting topics, both Canadian and international. As well, EAP will also provide a solid foundation of language skills for students preparing for high stakes official exams such as IELTS, CAE, and BULATS.
Program Highlights:
• Develop a solid foundation of academic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Communicate effectively and confidently in a natural way • Deliver presentations and actively participate in class discussions • Organize and complete contemporary projects and assignments • Focus on time management and study skills for success • Build confidence and feel more comfortable in class and the workplace
