Bachelor of Management - Leadership Emphasis

Students can tailor their 4-year Bachelor of Management degree to their interests, by selecting the emphases of their choice.

Initially, students will establish a solid foundation of technical competence and skills with courses such as accounting, finance, information technology, management ethics, and international business, all the while developing effective management skills.

The Leadership major will allow students to gain the foundational knowledge needed to pursue professional designations or graduate studies. They will develop their niche as a leader in project management, sales, consulting, and more by cultivating their ability to: • think logically • advocate for a cause they believe in • solve difficult and abstract problems • master business plan and proposal writing • oversee the production of reports and evaluations • get people with different skills to successfully work together • determine the steps necessary to meet defined goals • talk openly with others, and get support and honest feedback in return • listen well and recognize good ideas when they hear and see them

Career opportunities abound with students’ ability to facilitate project execution, develop their networks, and lead teams of various skills and experiences. They could take on the role of office manager, logistics management, project manager, and so much more.
