2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year in Business, Management and Law - Transfer to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Business Management

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Huddersfield followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Huddersfield. In this international foundation year, students will study courses related to their intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance skills as a student. Advancement into the intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program. The International Foundation Year in Business, Management and Law will provide students with the skills and tools necessary to succeed in career fields such as finance, accounting, marketing and law. During the time in the Foundation Year, students will study core subjects, as well as optional subjects intentionally designed for their chosen field of study. All of these skills will be key for future academic success at the University of Huddersfield.

This course is ideal for students who enjoy rising to the challenge and finding creative solutions to problems, thinking on their feet and want to work in a fast-paced environment. It is designed to give students the opportunity to develop the key business management, leadership and decision making skills needed for today's dynamic business environment.

This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive knowledge of business subjects and related skills in preparation for a career in management in a wide range of business organisations. These include not only well-known private sector businesses, but also public sector employers such as health authorities, utilities and local and central government.
