What you will study
Our BScEcon Banking and Finance is designed to equip them with practical skills and professional confidence for a successful career in investment, banking and finance or in preparation for postgraduate study and research.
Student will work with our team of international researchers and finance professionals to apply micro and macroeconomic theory in financial contexts. They’ll introduce them to ethical issues and dilemmas in business while encouraging them to consider the social, economic and environmental implications of their professional behaviour.
Opportunities to evaluate the implications of financial crises on the global economy and appreciate how policy, regulation and technology influence the stock market or train in our state-of-the-art trading room means there learning environment is wide-ranging and varied helping them to prepare for a career where they can make a difference.
