What you will study
Further Maths A-Level can be taken in addition to the ‘single’ Maths. It is designed for learners with a particular aptitude and strong enjoyment of the subject. This subject is an excellent preparation for degree courses with a high Mathematical content, which could include Engineering, Physics, Economics and Accountancy, as well as Maths itself. By doing an intensive study of such an analytical subject, students will gain outstanding skills in understanding ideas from many disciplines.
Many universities require an A-Level in Further Maths to study Maths related subjects.
