What you will study
The University of Chester offers a dynamic and interactive program to become a registered learning disability nurse, addressing the evolving needs of health and social care. This course focuses on understanding and delivering holistic care for individuals with learning disabilities across all ages, empowering students to support their wellbeing and independence in a person-centred manner. A primary role of the learning disability nurse is to work in partnership with individuals and their families, from birth to late adulthood, in diverse settings.
