What you will study
The Building Information Management masters degree prepares students for specialist and leadership roles in the digital transformation of the built environment. Students will gain the advanced digital and managerial skills needed to lead Building Information Modelling and Management across architecture, engineering, environment, construction and asset management.
Students will develop a critical understanding of how digital information is created, managed and exploited across the full life cycle of built assets, with a strong focus on building information management as a process that aligns people, data and workflows. They will explore information standards, digital collaboration, governance, risk and the integration of BIM with emerging technologies such as digital twins, eXtended Reality (XR), automation and data analytics.
