Overview

The accredited Construction Project Management MSc program focuses on the specialized project management skills required to understand the complexities of managing construction projects. Students will develop the necessary skills to find efficient solutions while meeting clients’ requirements.

Throughout the program, students will explore the unique needs and characteristics of each stage of a project’s life-cycle, learning to balance efficiency in time, cost, performance, constructability, and environmental impact. They will also study construction methodologies, procurement systems, client organizations, and stakeholder management.

Project management emphasizes teamwork, and students will collaborate in teams to create a complex project proposal based on a real-world scenario. This hands-on experience allows students to apply their skills and knowledge to coordinate a multidisciplinary team of professionals for successful project delivery.
