Overview
An Associate Degree in International Hotel and Resort Management builds knowledge in managing successful hotels and resorts across the world. The course delivers crucial information on all aspects of day-to-day operations, from guest relations, office management, and food and beverage to housekeeping and property management.
During this course, students will live on-site at the Practical Learning Centre, Leura campus in the Blue Mountains for two six-month blocks. The Leura campus operates as a simulated hotel, where students are both guest and staff. The rest of the time, students will spend engaged in an industry placement. This associate degree forms the first two years of the bachelor's program so it can function as a pathway into a bachelor's degree or a standalone qualification.
