2-Semester Pathway Pre-Masters - Business, Media and Social Sciences - Transfer to Master of Science in Human Resource Management

This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In the Pre-Master's programme, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

The Pre-Masters in Business, Media and Social Sciences, provides a route to a variety of postgraduate degrees at the University of Sussex. English language and career skills are combined with subject-specific modules such as social sciences, cultural studies, a variety of business skills like accounting and business management to provide you with a strong foundation for your chosen business, media and social sciences degree.

The Master of Science in Human Resource Management will prepare you for a career in human resource management. You’ll gain advanced critical thinking skills, understand the key issues in the contemporary world of work, and get a solid grasp of the remit of human resource management (HRM) as a profession.
