2-Semester Pathway - International Foundation Year - Business, Film and Media - Transfer to Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Anthropology with a Language

Program Description This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre at the University of Sussex followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Sussex. In your International Foundation Year, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program.

The International Foundation Year in Business, Media and Social Sciences will familiarize you with a wide area of study for your intended degree. You will develop your critical thinking skills, creativity, analytical and team working skills, providing you with the most crucial skills required as a successful graduate.

You’ll learn from experts who influence debate on topics such as gender relations, migration, economic and political inequality, religion, health and reproduction.

Combining anthropology with a language gives you the tools to better understand the culture and society of the countries in which your chosen language is spoken. Choose one language from Arabic, British Sign Language, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish, or you can choose to study English Language Teaching.
