4-Term-Pre-Master’s for Business, Economics, and Finance -Transfer to Master of Arts - Human Resource Management

The Pre-Master's for Business, Economics, and Finance at Kaplan International College London is ideal for a postgraduate degree at university. The length of the course is determined mainly by the applicant's English language level.

All students will take a set of common or similar modules to gain key skills for university. They may also take extra modules focusing on one or more of the English language, academic skills and basic subject knowledge.

The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management is fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and graduates will build understanding of the theory, practices and policies associated with evidence-based Human Resource Management (HRM) as they relate to real-world situations, equipping them with the knowledge, competencies and analytical skills to effectively manage organizational strategy and operations from an Human Resource (HR) perspective. Students will learn to collect and analyze relevant data and information, developing their ability to identify, evaluate and propose the most appropriate solutions looking at issues ranging from flexible working to employee engagement, managing change or reward management.
