Dual Program - Statement of Achievement - International Pathway to Nursing & Bachelor of Nursing (BN)

The International Pathway to Nursing program is designed to help students meet the English requirements of the Nursing program while developing the academic skills necessary to navigate its demands.

Participants will gain knowledge of body systems and terminology, develop language skills for the health-care setting, and fulfill all admission requirements for the Nursing program. They will also enhance their intercultural competence and deepen their understanding of unique Indigenous health-care perspectives. Through experiential activities, real-world examples, and practical applications, students will build their ability to communicate effectively, collaborate in teams, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes in healthcare environments.

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a Statement of Achievement and gain direct entry into the Nursing program, where they will continue to expand their knowledge of healthcare contexts and the nursing profession in Manitoba.
