Students will rely on their well-rounded education and background in not just law enforcement, but critical interpersonal, communication and team-building skills. Today's police services personnel must be able to keep up with the pace and challenges of societal change, keeping in mind integrity, honesty, enthusiasm and maintaining personal, physical and mental well being.

Fleming College's Police Foundations program has evolved to meet the changing needs of police services and the communities in which they serve. Students can graduate with a Police Foundations diploma by taking the curriculum stream that emphasizes civilian policing over fitness.
