Bachelor of Science - International Business and Entrepreneurship (N120)

Bachelor of Science - International Business and Entrepreneurship provides students with insight into new venture creation and growth, as well as the internationalism of business. It equips students with business knowledge and develops their practical skills through a combination of entrepreneurial theory, group work, business simulation games and interactive projects. Upon graduation, students may decide to use what they have learned to launch their own business.

The University of Essex is one of just three UK universities to have received Q-Step Affiliate status, including for the BSc International Business and Entrepreneurship, to support the way they develop the quantitative skills of their graduates. This means they can provide work placement bursaries to develop students' skills in evaluating numerical evidence, analyzing data and designing research. They also offer the opportunity to follow a specialized degree path, where students graduate with enhanced quantitative skills. These are evidenced on students' degree transcript, to help give them the competitive edge in the graduate job market.

BSc International Business and Entrepreneurship can also be taken with an optional study abroad or placement year.
