This program will foster a collaborative learning environment where students will experience simulated and real-life opportunities in state-of-the-art classrooms and labs. The program can be completed in 16 consecutive months and has a variety of academic pathways for further education and training. What students will learn • They will interact with faculty members who provide structure and act as facilitators through consultation, assisting with group collaborative activities and providing feedback. • They will acquire the professional knowledge, skills, accountability and responsibility for nursing practice through curriculum that is grounded in the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) RPN Entry-to-Practice Competencies.
