To teach math in middle school or high school, students will need a bachelor’s degree in the subject and teacher certification. The math program at WSU has a teaching track that integrates core professional education coursework with the requirements of the math major. Supplemental Pre-Professional tracks are available for students interested in pursuing further professional education.
