Master of Management - Health Care Management (Course-based) (M.MGT.HLTP)

The Master of Management (M.Mgt.) allows students to build a strong foundation across core business disciplines, while the specialization in Health Care Management (M.Mgt.HLTH) prepares them to meet the challenges of a complex and high-demand sector. In small-group learning scenarios with award-winning faculty, students build their knowledge and job-ready skills through a combination of independent and collaborative learning experiences providing a springboard for their future in management. This high demand program attract ambitious and qualified students from Canada and around the world and feature a hands-on work integrated learning opportunity, providing real world management experience giving the students a competitive edge in the job market after graduation. This exciting new stream within the Master of Management graduate degree is offered at the Trent Durham campus, and, starting in January 2026, will be offered at the Symons campus in Peterborough. The Health Care Management stream prepares graduates for professional managerial careers in the uniquely dynamic and complex health care sector, in which organizations must continually develop, implement, and assess strategies for delivering health care services in the face of critical resource constraints.
