The Mental Health: Research and Practice MSc program offers a unique balance of learning about the psychology behind important mental health issues and how to conduct research in the field.

Students will explore the causes, diagnoses, assessments, and treatments of mental health conditions, as well as various research methods, models, and approaches.

They will also have the opportunity to conduct mental health assessments and cognitive testing, including measuring brain activity and physiological processes, at the Institute of Mental Health, a leading institute for interdisciplinary mental health research in the UK.

Students will be taught by experts in the field, both clinicians and non-clinicians, to ensure they are exposed to the latest thinking in mental health across all ages.
