Hospitality business management focuses on management operations in the hospitality field, lodging, tourism, and food and beverage businesses. Students in this business option are taught theoretical and applied methods, interpersonal skills, leadership aptitude, and teamwork strategies. Before they graduate, HBM students must work 1,000 hours in the hospitality industry, earning employer evaluation scores of 80% or higher.
