Location and Infrastructure

The University of the West of Canada (UCW) has two easily accessible campuses in downtown Vancouver: 626 West Pender St., in the historic London building, and the Vancouver House (opening in July 2020).


Our dormitory at 626 Pender Street currently occupies six floors of the inherited structure and is located a few steps from public transportation, including the Waterfront SkyTrain Station, bus lanes and the SeaBus terminal. The beautiful and vibrant neighborhood is full of restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, shopping malls and gyms.


Our new campus, Vancouver House, is located in one of the highest-level works in Vancouver’s recent history. The campus covers an area of ​​more than 90,000 square feet in a renowned Vancouver home construction project designed by BIG architect Barke Ingels.
