Simon Fraser University is a public university in British Columbia, Canada. The main campus of the university is located on Mount Burnaby, the university also has branches in Vancouver and Surrey.


The university was founded in 1965 and currently has over 28,000 students. The university is named after Simon Fraser, an explorer- traveller of the Northwest Company.
