Early Childhood Education (ECE) Hybrid Diploma program at Oxford International Career Colleges (OICC) teaches how to make a positive, lasting impact on young children’s lives. The program is designed for students who are either recent high school graduates or professionals seeking a career change. It prepares students to enter the workforce quickly while equipping them with valuable knowledge, hands-on skills, and the practical experience that employers seek. The program combines self-paced online learning with engaging evening lectures (delivered in person or online) and practicum placements, enabling students to develop real-world skills through flexible learning options. Upon completion, students earn a Diploma (Level 2 credential) that qualifies them to work as Early Childhood Educators or in related roles within Nova Scotia. Canadian citizens and permanent residents also have the opportunity to open a regulated home daycare after completing the program.
