The Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration provides a thorough education in the theory and practice of business. The degree provides an understanding of multiple business disciplines, and upon completing the degree, graduates will have the competency to make sound business decisions through effective, evidence-based analysis, interpretation, problem-solving and reasoning. The program emphasizes interpersonal skill-development, including the ability to write and orally communicate ideas and solutions in both business and non-business settings. Students also learn to recognize and apply concepts related to group motivation and conflict. Emphasis is also placed on the skills to use quantitative data, appropriate techniques and models to contextualize, address and analyze business problems and support business decisions. In a global sense, students also learn to understand legal, multicultural, political and ethical issues related to business. The Accounting concentration prepares students for careers in a variety of fields in accountancy, including auditing, taxation, corporate, international, nonprofit and governmental accounting; and accounting information systems. The program also prepares students for graduate programs, such as a master’s degree in Accountancy or Taxation. Drawing from ideas and advice from the Department of Accounting Advisory Board, the curriculum provides students with the most current knowledge and skill sets in the fields of accountancy and business. Students first enroll at California State University, Fullerton where they will take undergraduate degree courses alongside American students. Kings staff are on campus to support students at all times. Student have 3 options to choose from during the 4 year bachelor degree Option 1: After completing Year 1, students can choose to stay at California State University and complete the remaining 3 years at the same campus. This is an ideal option if a student would prefer to stay on the same campus for the whole of your degree, is seeking a flexible pathway to a reputable public university degree, want the most cost-effective degree, and is looking for a less research-based university. Option 2: After completing Year 1, student have the option to choose from 23 campuses for degree transfer. Option 3: After 2 years at Cal State Fullerton, students can transfer to complete their degree at the University of California or another Top 100 US university. Upon successful transfer to a university, students will complete their degree at said university.
