Bachelor of Science (Honours) - Real Estate (K244)

London Met’s School of the Built Environment have designed this course to equip students with the skills and knowledge to become a competent and valued real estate professional.

On this programme, students will become an expert in the field, studying all things property, from law and economics to valuation and planning. Students will be able to advise on the development of commercial real estate and property investments, in both the private and public sector. By drawing on their business insights, technical skills and critical thinking, students will expand their knowledge of both traditional and contemporary commercial surveying practices.

This Real Estate BSc is taught by top academics, industry experts and practitioners. London Metropolitan has strong links with a range of employers within the built environment industry, who play a key role in their curriculum design, as well as in other London Met career and guidance services.

Throughout their studies, students will participate in authentic learning activities and assessments, while gaining invaluable experience through studying real-life projects. They'll have the opportunity to get familiar with industry standard equipment and software, accelerating their job prospects and earning potential to the next level.

An International Bright Futures Scholarship in the amount of £3,000 will automatically be applied to eligible students with overseas fee status starting a degree with London Met in the 2024/25 academic year. This scholarship includes a tuition fee reduction for the duration of students' studies and is applicable to both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

Tuition Deposit is £4,000 for all students excluding those from Punjab and Haryana for whom the deposit amount will remain at 50%
