Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) - Civil and Environmental Engineering with Foundation Year (HH29)

The BEng (Hons) Civil and Environmental Engineering with Foundation Year at the University of West London develops students’ technical skills and knowledge of contemporary issues, preparing them to become structural or civil engineers.

The course is professionally accredited and informed by leading industry consultants, businesses and the University’s expert faculty of civil and environmental engineers.

Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of key disciplines, including structures, water engineering, highway engineering and geotechnics.

At the end of the course, students will complete a work-based project, gaining practical experience in applying their knowledge within a professional environment.

The BEng (Hons) Civil and Environmental Engineering with Foundation Year at the University of West London includes a foundation year. The foundation year course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to continue onto their Honours degree. Students will study a range of subjects that will underpin their future study and gain valuable experience of university life, with full access to campus facilities. Successful completion of the year allows students to progress straight onto Level 4 of the course.
