Students will obtain knowledge and skills in the delivery of pharmacy products and services in community pharmacy practice.

Learning outcomes: • Understand legislation and processes related to dispensing prescriptions, drug inventory controls and customer service. • Identify the uses and classes of available prescription medications, non-prescription products and medical devices.
