University Pathways Fast Track at RMIT UP is an accelerated pathway designed for high-achieving international students, preparing them for university in half the time of a Foundation Studies course. Delivered over one semester by RMIT UP (CRICOS provider number: 01912G), a fully owned entity of RMIT University, the program equips students with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for future academic success.

Located in the heart of Melbourne, RMIT UP’s specialist staff support students throughout their journey, while providing opportunities to build global and social networks that contribute to success at RMIT and beyond.

University Pathways Fast Track features focused, discipline-based streams, allowing students to align their studies with their interests and goals. Available streams include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Art, Design and Architecture, Business, and Communication and Social Context.

Associate Degree - Graphic Design (AD022) (078839G) RMIT’s Associate Degree in Graphic Design equips students with industry knowledge and specialist skills to begin a career in graphic design and visual communication.

The program develops students as visual problem solvers with strong technical, creative and conceptual capabilities. Students explore a range of potential specialisations, including corporate identity, publication design, advertising, branding, packaging, web design, wayfinding and exhibition design.

Combining communication, design, technology and business, the degree builds skills in finished art and concept development, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the design process. Through rigorous research and practical learning experiences, students develop critical thinking skills that enable them to create innovative and effective design solutions.
