Bachelor of Biomedical Science (BP231P10) (068159D):

In this flexible degree, students will develop a broad understanding of human anatomy, physiology and pathology from cellular to systems level.

The objectives of the Bachelor of Biomedical Science program are to provide students with a broad education in human biomedical sciences, with the ability to study in specialist areas including cell biology, neuroscience, anatomy, physiology and applied biochemistry, amongst others. The program is delivered in face to face mode and requires on campus attendance.

In addition to a fundamental understanding of biomedical sciences, at the completion of the degree, students should have an understanding of the research process and have experience in modern technologies in biomedical research.

This program will equip students for further study in the health professions, for employment in biomedical research, or for further training to qualify for employment as a secondary school teacher.
