Master of Science (Honours) - International Business Management

Individually and in groups, students will consider a range of management problems and issues from different perspectives, taught through a variety of methods specifically designed to stimulate and stretch one's intellect. Students will also develop their capacity to apply the necessary skills to solve real-life problems in management, and increase their awareness of the need to generate sustainable value for the organisation and for society at large.

Students will study core modules including Managing in a Global Environment, Principles of Responsible Management, Leadership in Organisations, Intercultural Business Communication, and Strategic Management, and choose from optional modules such as Market-Led Strategic Change, Business Consulting, FinTech, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics and Modelling, and Sustainable Innovation. Students will also write a dissertation or a consultancy project which enables them to develop expertise in an area of international business of their choice.

Business management is useful for a wide variety of careers in both the public and private sectors.
