In addition, they complete 720 hours of paid industry placement, gaining real-world experience with leading hospitality organisations. The course also focuses on foundations and professional practice, as well as hotel leadership, with a business management emphasis that prepares graduates to step confidently into management roles in the global hospitality industry.
